Breathing is something the body knows how to do for its mere survival, from our first breath at birth
to the last breath at death. This automatic breath allows one to survive, but by the time we are young children,
due to stress, imprints, and learning habitual patterns, our breath becomes distorted or automatically restricted.
Withheld feelings, fear, and the layering of personas all too often claim the natural rhythm of our breathing
which greatly affects our physical , emotional, mental, and spiritual health. By relearning, reclaiming,
and embodying the organic natural state of breathing we also reclaim the fullness and passion of many other
dimensions of our lives. By removing the obstacles we have created both consciously and unconsciously to deep,
healthy, centered breathing, we return to a way of embodiment that naturally fosters our maximum aliveness and
expression of essence.

The Livingbreath ™ program can result in a deeply profound and quick resolution to problems and issues that have seemed to resist cognitive therapeutic attempts. The field of peri/prenatal research has revealed that imprinting upon consciousness, feelings, and memories occur while in the womb. The early patterns that are laid quite deeply upon our nervous system are generally pre-verbal. The body carries these memories like a storehouse.
By bypassing intellectual, cognitive, and verbal layers of knowledge and information to the sensing and feeling depths where profound healing occurs, we can easily befriend and appreciate the totality of our being. With constricted breathing patterns the body is always in a stress response. The results can be dramatic or subtle; muscles are tight, emotions are withheld, immune system overworks, adrenaline & cortisol levels rise, anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, and much more occurs.
Fear and stress send the body into the habituated patterns deeply imprinted upon the nervous system. The” grooves” imprinted upon the nervous system are hard wired to simply repeat over and over. We are literally at the effect of our nervous system. Proper and effective breathing simply can’t be assumed for anyone. Unless we are breathing deeply and fully from the diaphragm our bodies are being starved for oxygen.

It is our birthright to live in a state of wellness, however with the stress of modern life, trauma’s, early imprinting, and incorrect breathing patterns we tax our nervous system to the point of illness, repressed emotion, and imbalance. It is vital to find therapeutic support to create and sustain wellness. Conscious proper breathing sets off a set of physiological events in the body that help you adapt to life’s challenges, to stop and reverse disease, to maintain health and make it easier for the body to open to relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing rather than deteriorate with age. By deeply surrendering to our own breath we also allow for a “peace that passes all understanding”.
With time and properly doing the Livingbreath ™ exercises the body adjusts and instead of operating out of the fight/flight response, it can respond with flow. With proper breathing and relaxation different hormones are released that turn off the stress response. It’s easier to respond when our heart rate/blood pressure is down, muscles are relaxed, emotions are balanced, sleep is deep and peaceful and the body is constantly being nourished with more life force.

The Livingbreath ™ is a unique breathwork program for maximum physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being and health. This program is a specific structured process which includes a daily practice done in the comfort of your own home as well as private sessions with Anastasia.
